Failure to provide the required documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
okpla holds player funds separately from operational funds. Your deposited funds are not used for company operating expenses. In the event of insolvency, player funds are protected to the extent permitted by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

Players may voluntarily close their okpla account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after deducting any applicable processing fees. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon account closure unless wagering requirements have been satisfied.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any okpla content without the prior written consent of okpla. Unauthorized use of okpla's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond okpla's control may result in temporary service unavailability. okpla will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where reasonably practicable.
The collection, use, and storage of your personal data in connection with your use of okpla is governed by the okpla Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. okpla reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
